Retail Smashbook Chapter 9: Retail Notes-to-Self

You didn't really want to read another "Looking back at 2009" article, did you?  Didn't think so.  Instead, I'm inspired to share some notes-to-self that I've been passing along to our clients.  As is my bent, they've been given new dimension by the likeliest and unlikeliest sources ... always ending up at retail (of course).

I love "imitation is the sincerest form of reality"! The thing is, you won't always know when or how you're being copied so you have to just move on to the next thing.
