NARMS 2010 Wrap-up Coming Soon

On my way to Miami after TERRIFIC time presenting at the NARMS 2010 Spring Conference.  I'll post my take on the in-store marketing zeitgeist soon . . . In the meanime,  I was interviewed at the show but the teeming throng behind the cameraman drowned out some of the audio.  I'll post the gist of that as well.
